How COD works
Book with the COD amount
Enter the order and the amount to collect in your seller portal, or upload a sheet of orders. Print the labels.
We pick up
A Radex rider collects the parcels from your shop or warehouse.
Cash collected at the door
The rider delivers and collects exactly the amount on the label. You can follow every parcel live.
Paid to your bank
The cash collected is settled to your bank account, with a statement of every parcel, charge and return.
Questions about COD
What happens if my customer refuses the parcel?
The parcel is returned to you. The return and any return charge are listed on your statement, so you always know where each order stands.
When do I receive the cash collected?
Cash on delivery is settled to your bank account on the schedule agreed when your account is opened. Every settlement comes with a statement you can check line by line.
Can I change the COD amount after booking?
Contact our support team as soon as possible. Changes can be made while the parcel has not yet gone out for delivery.
Can my customer pay by card or bank transfer instead?
The rider collects cash. If your customer has already paid you online, book the order with a COD amount of zero.
